WHATS HAPPENING BETWAY

WHATS HAPPENING BETWAY? Payment has been approved for release but you can pay it as apparently it’s not my name on the card and you won’t let me change my preferred withdrawal option. Your customer service is useless. Don’t say you are reviewing my account it’s been 2 weeks don’t take 2 weeks to look at a document I sent. Pay out you absolute scammers hopefully get shut down

Cant withdraw a cent.

I won money playing the slots on betway. I withdrew the money it said it was pending, all was good. i then get a notification that the withdrawl has been paid and it will take 2-3 business days to arrive. It has now been more then a week and still havent received anything. Ive tried emailing and using the whats app number and facebook, which both are invalid and you cannot access. Honestly such a scam I have mates that have had the same problem. Dont bother depositing you wont be able to take money out anyway.

Betway Scam

Well it's been a month since I tried to withdraw from Betway. They said I was sent an email which I never received and then I was sent a code for etransfer which isn't needed because of auto deposit on my bank account. It says that after 30 days if withdraw isn't completed it will return to my account...NOPE! Customer service app is useless.

Terrible they can take your money easy…

Terrible they can take your money easy but withdrawal is a disaster.
The chat service is a complete joke 3 hours of your time then they just cut you off
This has definitely put me off using them if I ever get my money back I will delete my account

unnacceptable customer service.
i've been waiting on over £700 to reach my account for over a week. the only way to speak to someone is online chat. i have been waiting for over 6 hours. in the last 2 hours the queue has gone from 7 to 3. it's designed to make you give up.

reading other reviews, this seems standards. how is this allowed? no other regulated industry could get away with this

Non-existent customer service

Customer service continues to be non-existent at Betway as I've spent several more hours in live chat queues looking for an update after sending more ID documentation on Saturday night (6th April). Processes seem to take much longer than other bookmakers I've used through the years and based on what friends/colleagues have said. Account remains locked despite initally being told it was verified. Now just looking to get my initial deposit back.

I won a small amount and did a withdrawal it was completed on the 9th April and said it would be in my bank 1-3 days and I am still waiting !!!! live chat is a joke and no number to ring or email to contact no complaint section so please AVOID this site.....

Update I have closed my account they can keep the money ....be warned people!!!

The betway site is quite inconsistent

The betway site is quite inconsistent. You log in on mobile and no matter what you do, you cant see your balance. I kind of know what it is but I would like to see it.

There are constant server downtimes. Not long, but it seems to be happening more and more. And it will happen to you at the worst time...

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, I deposited money and used it to bet on the grand national and won, I have tried to withdraw my winnings and it says I need to make a deposit from the card first ???? No telephone number, no live chat and the email does not exists. DONT USE BETWAY. UPDATE - You might get a reply asking to reply to a personal message - THERE WILL BE NO MESSAGE TO REPLY TO. THIS IS A HUGE SCAM AND I WILL REPORT THEM TO THE REGULATORS.Please don't waste your money and time with these crooks, gaming should be fun, Betway is a nightmare. Updated Review of Betway

They strung me along for 3 weeks without allowing me to get access to my money, I had consistently sat on the chat with support for up to 4 hours or so to be told similar answers and that it would be looked at but I am only get responses now that I made 2 previous bad reviews.

Update from today is they since permanently banned my account (I personally believe because I made negative reviews about their operations). I would give them a 2 star since they did return my money but they could've done that 3 weeks ago and just said they're not able to verify my account.

Betway as you read this, don't bother sending me an email and for anyone who is thinking of using this site, just check other reviews and see for yourself how they operate.

A BIG SCAM - DO NOT TRANSFER MONEY HERE

I won one time on this app and 3 month later they never paid me, they do not have a customer service number and the live chat they dont ever answer. After many days i finnaly got a representative on the chat but it said im number 78 in the queue and after 5 hours wait it closed with an error message.
This is bye farrrrr the worst ever betting website or app.
If you sign up with this company do not expect to collecy your funds ever.
A complete scam of a website.

I have been on live chat for 6 hours…

I have been on live chat for 6 hours now. Registered account to bet on the Grand National through recommendation. Went to log in with correct details and account was locked. So angry, wasted a whole day of my life on here. Missed national bet, just want my deposit back. Never again😡😡

withdrawal issue

hi I have been a customer for many years. I uploaded on the 11th of April. I got lucky and built it up and wanted to withdraw my winnings, but when I tried to do so it would not let me use the card that I always deposit from it would only let me select my old card. I tried to call phone line not in use I tried to email email not in use, and I have been trying to speak to someone on live chat, and have waited many hours never got through to any one. after reading all of these reviews I am wondering how they can get away with this? withdrawal has moved from processed back to being processed again. and now saying they need information from me before they process it. but cannot get through to anyone.

Don't Listen To The Negative Reviews.
I'm not a bot and they didn't pay me for this when I registered they blocked my account straight after my first deposit, I was pissed and worried I had to wait 3 hours in the queue with customer service. They were super kind and helpful they told me I had to send them documents to verify myself, I did and they released the block. I played a few times and never had any problem with deposits or withdraws and a few days ago I won £900 from £10 and they sent it the next day. It's a great site, if you're not winning maybe because you're unlucky, but Betway works perfectly and they really made my day.

They have set ridiculous maximum bet…

They have set ridiculous maximum bet limit. Their customer service is almost non-existent. Be prepared you will be put in the queue in the live chat box for hours. Their live support hours are 09:00-00:00 GMT, so I started queuing at 9:01am as number 5. I have been waiting for 2 hours, still waiting in the queue as number 1. What’s wrong with the customer service?? They even cancelled the mailbox for any enquiries, so I have no choice but to queue and hoping someone will help.

Boycott this scamming company betway

I've been contacted by betway support service asking for bank statement, so I send them bank statement and now saying "This mailbox is no longer monitored and your email will not be responded to"
All I want is my money I withdrawal... boycott this scamimg company, I'm about to take it next stage and take Further action against betway if this is not sorted.

I have read reviews qnd I can’t beleive…

I have read reviews qnd I can’t beleive all the bad ones I have had a few good wins and withdrawels have been quick compared to some sites . I love the games although I have my favourites Iv never had a jackpot but Iv had some wins I can’t complaine I haven’t won much lately seem to deposit more but beating In mind they have to make money too so I will be staying and would still give the site 5 star for the selection of games fast withdrawels

they are shocking spent 2 hours on live chat they asked for my last deposit i give it they asked for the last bet I give it they asked for my username I give it and then there asking for the last casino game I played and did I have free spins from the wheel I haven’t played the wheel or had played a casino game yet they want an answer to it are they stupid I can’t give answers to something that’s ever happened.
